The Corris Café
The Corris Café's all-day menu is a welcoming blend of the finest Welsh ingredients, local recipes and delicious dishes. The gourmet hot dog is a firm favourite, where even the sausages are made especially by a leading local butcher. The burgers are made with flavoursome Welsh beef and an irresistible Rarebit combines Welsh Cheddar with Purple Moose Ale. Fresh scones are baked daily and always sell out fast. Coffee is roasted in North East Wales and served by trained baristas.
Enjoy a delicious Afternoon Tea for 2 with a selection of sandwiches, mini quiches, Welsh rarebit topped brioche and freshly baked cakes. Please call them to pre-book your afternoon tea.
Choose to eat indoors, the café seats up to 80 so is perfect for group meals, or sit at picnic tables outside where you can soak up the stunning Mid Wales views. The outdoor seating area overlooks the Mach Loop, a training area used by the RAF and USAF for their low flying fast aircraft so you may get treated to a free air display too.
The Corris Café is right next to the 9 Corris Craft Centre workshops, King Arthur's Labyrinth and Corris Mine Explorers.
