Dyfi Distillery

A unique Gin distillery in the Dyfi UNESCO World Biosphere Reserve. The only distillery to have won Best British Gin at the Great British Food Awards twice, and home to Pollination and Hibernation gins. Curious visitors are personally welcomed by the family, and you can view the operation, taste (if you’re over 18) and chat with the producer. The visitor area includes storyboards about how gin is produced, and information on the many hand-foraged botanicals which go into producing these award-winning distillates. Featured on television and radio in the UK and abroad, including Kate Humble’s Off The Beaten Track, and named one of the Independent’s top Gin Experiences of 2018. Dog friendly and co-located with Corris Craft Centre and King Arthur’s Labyrinth, so there is free parking, and other fascinating reasons to visit.
