King Arthur's Labyrinth
Sail through the underground waterfall into a magical place filled with dragons, giants and King Arthur. In the depths of the Labyrinth, through vast caverns and winding tunnels, discover ancient Welsh legends whilst guided by your Dark Age Boatman. This underground storybook tells many of the earliest Welsh legends and includes dragons, colossal giants and fierce battles including King Arthur’s final battle, The Battle of Camlan. Dramatic scenes, light and sound help to bring these tales alive. Towards the end of your adventure - brave Dragon River! Your adventures underground may disturb the guardians of the Labyrinth… will you avoid their clutches and return safely to the outside world?
Back above ground, in the Welsh Legends Maze, discover the ancient stories of bards and fairy folk hidden inside a leafy maze. Tales from the ancient myths and magic of the Mabinogion are brought to life here like nowhere else: a maiden made from flowers, the king with mule’s ears and the immortal lady of the lake, to name just a few. Each of these extraordinary characters reveal themselves and share their stories as you navigate the meandering pathways, as enchanting as the folklore itself. There are quests for all ages, and prizes to be won. Dogs on leads are welcome.
King Arthur’s Labyrinth and the Welsh Legends Maze start from Corris Craft Centre.
