Overall, we manufacture and sell great products across many food categories including fresh bread, cakes, confections, sandwiches, home cooked roast ham, meat pies etc…

We also boast a range of unique quality products that no other bakery offers, all homemade labour intensively and recipes invented by the owner on the premises from Kurmange's spicy Kurdish pasties, both meat and vegan versions made daily, that are trademark Registered and which are very popular to honey and olive oil bread with seeds and herbs and cheese and onion baps which are made at weekend for the markets.

We also bake fresh bread daily both white and wholemeal and take orders for bread. We cook and sell our own roast ham and also use it for making sandwiches using our own homemade baps while you wait.

We also provide a wide selection of cakes and confectioneries in the bakery
